ABOUT I PURE SOUL

I Pure Soul has a wide variety of classes, workshops and talks. We hold classes in different locations in Brisbane that are suitable for all different levels of experience and interest. I Pure Soul is a holistic process teaches you about your internal and external environments so that you can optimise both for maximum wellbeing and benefit. The classes are taught by Sailesh Chand Darshan who is an advanced meditator with a practice that spans more than 27 years. He is also a qualified meditation teacher. He learned to meditate out of survival when he became gravely ill at a young age and he transformed his drive to survive into a deep and powerful practice that connects to the Soul within. Sailesh teaches from experience - following the tradition of a modern day yogi.

We teach meditation, mindfulness and healthy thinking courses in workplaces. We can design a staff wellness program tailored for your workplace.

I am guided meditation is a powerful tool to transform your meditation practice, your mind and Self awareness. It is best used with your eyes closed as a guided meditation. It is designed to bring about a deeper awareness of your Source – Soul (Atma in Sanskrit). We sincerely hope it is helpful.
